Inky, black wine with youthful purple rim; intriguing whiff of old leather books, stewed plums and baked prune hinting at warm-grown fruit, also black cherries, ripe and inviting but not overdone, rather subtle and refined. Full-bodied and flavoured, the flavours of the nose follow easily onto the palate with touches of black pepper and mocha. Shiraz doing its delicious stuff here!
