Q. How many bottles can I order?

A. Wines are all packaged in 6 / 12 - bottle cases unless otherwise indicated.

Q. How do I add a wine to my order

A. You will find a "shopping trolley" - below each product, and as you browse, all you need to do is click on this button to put a case of 6 or 12 bottles, of that particular wine in your trolley.

Q. How do I calculate my shipping

A. Shipping and Delivery is calculated according to location and amount of wine purchased.

Q. What about my private details?

A. We are concerned about your privacy - please read our Privacy Policy - you will find the link at the bottom of each page.

Q. How can I find a wine?

A. By using either the Quick Search or the Advanced Search.

Q. How do I buy wine online at Cybercellar?

A. You can search around for any wine you want to buy - then select the "Add to my Shopping Basket" icon. This will add your selection into a new order.

Q. Can I change my order at any time?

A. Once in the order page you can remove wines out of the trolley before deciding on the quantity of each product that you wish to order.

Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A. Deliverywill usually be between 3 and 5 working days door to door to all major South African destinations mentioned, and can take a little longer for outlying areas (please contact us for express deliveries). There are a myriad of different shipping options available, so if you need your shipment sooner, later, or internationally, door to door, duty paid, please telephone us on +27 (0)21 874 2106 and we will quickly calculate the shipping costs.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

A. Your order will only be processed when you reached the "Checkout" stage and proceed to "Payment". Even then you can still cancel the order.
