Ordering - Things you need to know!

• Wines are all packaged in 12 bottle cases.
• The wine prices are quoted per bottle for a case of 12. Wines are not sold separately per bottle - the per bottle price is identified for the purpose of ease of comparison.
• You will find a drop down box below every wine. To add a wine to you basket all you need to do is select the quantity of bottles and click on the "Add to Basket" button. This will put the specified number of bottles into your basket. This does not in any way oblige you to make a purchase of that wine, but merely selects it at this preliminary stage while you go on to look for something else.
• As you move around the store you can add as many wines as you like, but you only make your final selection when you actually go to the checkout.
• When you have decided to make a purchase, you can finalise your order by going to the checkout. Simply click on the "proceed to checkout" button in your basket on the right hand side of the page.
• Once in the Shopping Basket page you can remove wines from your basket before deciding on the quantity of each product that you wish to order.
• The shipping costs will appear once you have selected your destination and chosen the quantity of wine that you are buying. The total value of your order will then be displayed prior to finalising the order process.
• If for some reason your destination choice is not available, please contact us info@cybercellar.com - it's not that we won't ship there, it's probably because your destination does not have a standard charge and would need to be quickly calculated.
• Delivery times vary according to the destination and delivery method. It will usually take between 3 and 5 working days door to door for major city centres, and can take a little longer for outlying areas.
• There are a myriad of different shipping options available, so if you need your shipment sooner, later, or internationally, door to door, duty paid, please contact us at info@cybercellar.com and we will quickly calculate the shipping costs.
