Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage Blend. Deep ruby colour. Plums, blackcurrant, blackberry ,and vanilla flavours on the nose. Bold ripe berry fruit and integrated oak flavours on the palate are complimented by soft ripe tannins.

44% Chenin Blanc, 34% Chardonnay, 13% Viognier, 9% Clairette Blanche. This wine is complex and intriguing, with mineral and fruity flavours.  It has a lovely mouth-feel, taut acidity and great length.  It has aging potential of up to 6 years.  Pair with Thai green curry.

Deep garnet colour.vanilla, woodsmoke, pepper and mulberries on the nose, followed by layers of complex fruit and oak flavours on the palate. Well balanced, good structure and immensely complex. The wine will mature very well in the bottle for at least another 8 years.

48% Syrah, 25% Carignan, 20% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre, 2% Viognier. The wine has tobacco, spice and fruit on the nose and this blends well with woody tones on the palate. It has good structure and volume derived from the Syrah, acidity typical of Carignan and the soft and complex tannins of Grenache.

This elegant wine has berry richness, with blackcurants and ripe plums overlaid with soft smoky aromatic tannins.
