44% Chenin Blanc, 34% Chardonnay, 13% Viognier, 9% Clairette Blanche. This wine is complex and intriguing, with mineral and fruity flavours.  It has a lovely mouth-feel, taut acidity and great length.  It has aging potential of up to 6 years.  Pair with Thai green curry.

66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Malbec,4% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. Intense garnet colour. Vanilla, blackcurrant , cedar and eucalyptus on nose. Full complex fruit and wood flavours on palate. An elegant, bold, ripe rich wine. Very well balanced. Will mature for at least another 5 – 10 years in the bottle.
