In terms of colour, this wine is a medium red-purple. It shows mint and young plum aromas on the nose, with a hint of oak.
The palate has good structure and lovely fruit flavours are revealed. The finish is beautifully soft.

Le Bonheur Estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon holds a deep ruby red hue. On the nose, expect cherry and prune upfront, with cigar box, dark chocolate and subtle vanilla oak in pursuit. This is a wine that is full in body, which great tannins structure and a lengthy aftertaste. Flavours on the palate include pine needle and cherry.
Cellar it for 8 to 10 years from vintage.

The Thelema Mountain Vineyards Mountain Red is a blend made from a range of varieties but with Shiraz making up the bulk of the wine. It will improve for 4 years from vintage so now is an excellent time to buy and stock up!
The wine exhibits spicy notes of black pepper which is married with mulberry and plum fruit flavours. This is a soft wine with a delicate tannic structure. The finish is clean.
