Lovely notes of marmalade and toasted almonds reveal themselves mid-palate but are refreshingly counterbalanced by a crisp acidity that leads to a delightfully clean finish accentuated by floral notes. A classic and elegant example of well-balanced Chardonnay, its firm acidity, supple body and fragrant wooded characteristics pairs perfectly with aromatically spiced, slow-roasted chicken or pork, roast vegetables and mild curries.
