Medium in body, it delivers a smooth entry with juicy summer berry confit flavours laced with smoky oak and dark chocolate. Silky tannins provide support to this balanced blend all the way to concentrated, buoyant fruity finish. Perfect with tomato-based pastas, mature cheeses, barbecued steaks, ribs, burgers and roast lamb shank.
