The Bloedlemoen Easter gin is an infusion of all the wonderful flavours we associate with Easter. They started the process by distilling the original Bloedlemoen Gin recipe and then infused it with freshly baked hot cross buns, marzipan and raisins. To spice things up, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger were added, whilst cherries and apricot contributed freshness and mouthfeel. The result is a full-bodied, super smooth spirit with a pronounced spiciness on the nose, and all the delicious toasty flavours of the beloved hot cross bun on the palate.
We love how these Easter flavours marry themselves so perfectly to our citrus-rich gin, to create a special drink to share with friends and family over the Easter holidays (and any time of the year for that matter).
