This has lately become our favourite gin to show off at parties and tastings! Its’ delicious grapefruit infusion provides the citrus splash to every G&T you pour. You will need the following:
You need one or two servings of gin, depending on your taste. Pack your glass with ice, add the gin and then add a dash of the delicious Socks Grapefruit Tonic Concentrate. Cut a grapefruit into slices and add one or two to the glass. If you want to add a bit of mint to the mix, make sure to slap it first to get the flavours going.

Cranberry Thyme Gin and Tonic
This one is going to take a little bit more skill, but the pay-off is so worth it! For this you will need the following:
3/4 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
Splash of orange juice
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Fresh thyme leaves
One or two servings of Elephant Gin
1 bottle Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water
Add the cranberries, sugar, water, splash of orange juice and vanilla extract to a saucepan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. You will have to press the cranberries with the back of the teaspoon until they pop to release the flavours. Add the thyme and smash it with the spoon to unleash the essence and make sure that you keep the mixture somewhat liquid! Pour this mixture through a strainer, discard the solids and pour about 30mls of the cranberry syrup into a glass filled with ice. Pour one or two measurings of gin, top it off with the tonic water, mix and add a sprig of fresh thyme.
We think that the Jalepeno Beef Burger with Guacamole is the perfect meal to go with this aromatic beverage!
Strawberry Black Pepper Gin and Tonic
One or Two measurings of Triple Three Gin Citrus Infusion
4 large strawberries
1 bottle Bottlegreen Classic Premium Tonic
For this recipe you will need a grinder or mortar and pestle. First grind a few pepper corns and set aside. We then recommend grinding two of the strawberries lightly to extract the juices. Splash the gin over some ice, add the black pepper, and the ground strawberries. Mix this and then top up with the tonic. Stir and add the remaining strawberries to garnish.
Serve up the delicious Oven Roasted Tomato and Spinach Pie with this delicious, crisp drink.
Mediterranean Gin and Tonic
For this delicious blend, you are going to need:
Fill the glass with ice and add the gin. We recommend slapping the rosemary to release just the right amount of flavor. Sprinkle the rosemary in, pop in two olives and top off the drink with the tonic water. Add a sprig of fragrant rosemary to top it off.
