HONEYBUSH ORANGE AND CINNAMON TONIC COCKTAIL
A NEW flavour by Barker & Quin, we introduce a heritage flavour that is the key ingredient which carries the citrus notes of this tonic water. This tonic water will amplify the characters in any gin and bring a fullness that is delectably refreshing.
Add ice to a long glass and pour 50ml Gin over your ice cubes. Add orange peel and then fill your glass with Barker & Quin Honeybush Orange tonic water. Take a cinnamon stick and stir. Sit back and be refreshed!
MARULA AND MINT TONIC COCKTAIL
Taking notes from the treetops of Africa Barker and Quin has another NEW flavour called Marula tonic water. This tonic is made with natural marula flavour and mountain spring water.
Take a sturdy tumbler, and add your ice cubes. Add your gin of choice (50ml). Take a couple of leaves of fresh mint and drop it into the glass breaking it slightly. Fill up with Barker & Quin Marula tonic, sit back and enjoy the view.
NEW HARBOUR DISTILLERY ROOIBOS INFUSED GIN COCKTAIL
Rooibos Tea, when infused with Gin, adds depth to the well balanced floral orange notes and a lasting honey flavour to this proudly South African Gin.
Add ice cubes to your Gin cocktail glass and pour New Harbour Distillery Rooibos Infused Gin (50ml) over the ice cubes. Take two slices of orange and add it to the glass. Fill up your glass with equal parts Dragon Brewing Co Ginger Beer and a cranberry juice of your choice.
MUSGRAVE ROSEMARY AND LEMON GIN COCKTAIL
Musgrave original crafted Gin has 11 botanicals and is born out of the flavours and history of Africa and its ancient spice route. It is an artisan Gin celebrated for its top notes of Cardamom, African Ginger and Grains of Paradise.
Fill a Gin glass with ice and pour 60ml of Musgrave 11 Gin over it. Add a few sprigs of rosemary and lemon wedges, then finally top up with Fitch and Leedes Indian Tonic.
Bloedlemoen is a South African Gin made from the delicious Tarocco Blood Orange, and proudly boasts as the first Blood Orange Gin in the World.
Pour 25ml Bloedlemoen Gin, 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth (Martini Rosso works well) and 25ml Campari into a jug over ice, stirring slowly. Prepare a tumbler with additional ice, pouring the liquid from the jug into the tumbler. Garnish with a curl of Orange zest.
