I need to talk to someone in Customer Service! How do I get to them?
There are three ways to get into contact with a Customer Service agent. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 0219817232. Alternatively, you can contact us on any social media platform you can find us on.
How long will I wait for a response?
We aim to respond to all Customer Service queries within 24 hours. For email queries and phone calls, our operating hours are weekdays from 8 am – 5 pm. Alternatively, you can try your luck by contacting us on social media if you have a query after hours. We might just be able to assist you!
How do I return a product?
If you are unhappy with the state of your wine upon receipt, please phone us to arrange for it to be returned. Please note that there is an R250 return charge unless stated otherwise.
