Bon Courage is responsible for some of South Africa's best Cap Classiques. All are produced using the traditional technique of second bottle fermentation and are only released after spending 3 years being meticulously cellared. The Cap Classique Jacques Bruére Cuvée Rosé Brut is a beautifully elegant wine with powerful yeasty aromas on the nose, along with subtle nuances of lemon and raspberry. The palate shows a rich, velvety character and is filled with flavours of red berries offset by a mineral underpinning. Pair it with seafood-based canapés, salmon, oysters, tuna, sushi, Asian-style dishes, prosciutto, red berry desserts and rich cheeses.
