The Bosman Adama Red is named after Adam Appollis, a forefather of several of the estate's vineyard workers that help to create Bosman's excellent range of wines. It has a purple core with a crimson edge and offers a nose alive with prune and raspberry aromas, backed up by mocha, spicy cinnamon and white pepper notes. Plum and dark cherry flavours play out on the palate and will intensify in the glass or on decanting. The finish is vibrant, with a mineral nuance. This blend will be at its prime between 3 to 7 years after vintage.
