The palate is zesty and concentrated with a pronounced but balanced minerality, making this a fantastic special-occasion food wine. Oysters, crayfish, sushi and fresh line fish pair perfectly with this cooler-region Sauvignon Blanc.
It will mature for 2 to 5 years from vintage.
