Cape Rock's GRV is named so as it is a white blend consisting of a third each of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. This is an uncommon combination, making it well worth the online buy.
An elegant wine, it expresses aromas of white peach, pineapple, litchi, apricot and melon on the nose. On tasting, a viscid mouthfeel can be sensed, along with quite a high natural acidity that makes the wine refreshing, leading to a pithy finish. Low in alcohol, it will pair a dream with seafood, roast pork, white meat and cream-based dishes.
