It is made by blending wines aged at least 3 years: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the Champagne regions best terroirs. This unique age gives the wines its fine bubbles, its golden colour and its fine subtle aromas of white fruit. It has a low dosage and is kept at least 6 months after the disgorment process for a pleasant, balanced mouthfeel.
