As a producer, Boekenhoutskloof is a Syrah specialist, with its premium Boekenhoutskloof range selling out on release each vintage, and The Chocolate Block – a Syrah based blend – is probably one of the more well-known and successful new wine offerings to come out of South Africa. Boekenhoutskloof also produces The Wolftrap – a range of blended Rhone-style wines and The Porcupine Ridge, a range of delicious, everyday wines.
