This highly enjoyable Diemersfontein Shiraz is a feast for any fan of this noble variety. It is produced in the Wellington ward.
The nose is tempted by a melange of aromas: vanilla, spice, sour cherry and violets. Expect the same notes to play out on the palate, joined by sweet fruit. The finish is wonderfully full in body. Maturation took place for 12 months in second and third fill oak barrels.
