Graham Beck is recognised as one of the top producers of MCC sparkling wines in South Africa, so it comes as no surprise that its Brut Rosé is a bubbly with plenty of flair. Possessing a stunning silver-pink hue, it fills the nose with intoxicating wafts of cherries and raspberries followed by mineral aromas.
Sufficient time on the less has allowed the wine to acquire a subtle yeasty undercurrent, yet it still explodes on the palate with cherry and berry flavours that are invigorated by a racy acidity. Further touches of oyster shell and lavender round out the tasting experience.
