Haute Cabrière's Pierre Jourdan Cuvée Belle Rose is indeed beautiful, as the name suggests, in colour, aroma and taste, providing a treat for the senses. Its delicate blush hue is created through carbonic maceration of Pinot Noir grapes. This sources the gorgeous colour and flavour of the cultivar, but doesn’t extract the severe tannins. On the palate you can anticipate cherry and strawberry flavours that culminate in a sophisticated, dry aftertaste. The rich character of the Pinot Noir will allow this bubbly to serve excellently alongside prawns, mussels, crayfish and duck.
