Spontaneous fermentation and matured for 10 months in old oak. An expressive nose of pear, white peach, naartjie (mandarin), spice and some yeasty complexity. Pure fruit, racy acidity and a pithy finish. Not too rich or overdone which makes it very accessible but equally wonderfully detailed and balanced.
Note that this wine is naturally cloudy, undefined and unfiltered.
61% Chenin Blanc, 16% Viognier, 11% Grenache, 8% Semillon and 4% Hárslevelű
