Full MoonWhite 2019

A minimal intervention field blend white made from a vineyard of 10 interplanted grape varieties.

Grapes were all hand-picked on the same morning, then whole- bunch pressed and left to ferment naturally in tank. The wine aged on the lees in old oak for a year before bottling. Naturally grapes were of various ripeness levels at picking time, the variation in flavour and acidity makes for an exceptionally idiosyncratic almost schizophrenic character, one that makes field blends like this so rewarding to make and so unique to drink.
