This Zesty little white blend has a basket full of flavours from which to choose. Hints of fresh lemon, apricots and peach flavours as well as a touch of fynbos and more mineral characters. Well balanced, elegant wine with youthful acidity, pairs well with aromatic dishes, and can hold its’ own to a good spice or two. Lovely structure and long finish makes this wine a good combination with friends on any stoep, in any weather.
