Noble HillCabernet Sauvignon 2016
Coming right out of “Cabernet Country” (i.e. the Simonsberg ward) you can’t go wrong with this Cabernet Sauvignon from Noble Hill. This variety has been cultivated here for more than 300 years.
Noble Hill grows their grapes in decomposed granite soils lending this wine a cool and earthy, almost Old World character.
On the palate anticipate typical cedar and black fruit, tobacco leaf, cassis and mint, with a sprinkling of spice.
With its firm tannin structure, this wine will age well and increase in complexity for up to 10 years after harvest.
