The Fledge & Co.O-Velaphi Chardonnay 2017

A melange of green ?n yellow citrus, hay ?n white blossoms, wet slate, subtle orange, honey, toasted flakes, lime marmalade, crush oystershell & bracing acidity with zippy lemon-salt twang on the finish of this lithe wine. An ideal foil to fresh seafoods, a simple roast fowl with garden greens or an accompaniment to fine fromage. Best decanted & served ever so slightly chilled. Cellaring is advised, as this lithe wine will flesh out in years to come.
