The Special Cuvée from Springfield Estate is a much-loved favourite among Sauvignon Blanc aficionados.

The grapes are grown on the estate’s foremost location for Sauvignon Blanc, creating a wine that is multifaceted.
It contains a sumptuous mixture of granadilla, gooseberry and citrus with underlying nettle and mineral notes. The fruit is balanced with refreshing acidity. The mouthfeel is complex and each sip ends in a lengthy finish.
Unlike more linear Sauvignon Blanc offerings, this wine can mature for 2 to 4 years from harvest. It pairs deliciously with white fish in a tomato sauce or with chicken.
