The palate presents layered aromas of apricot, peach, lime and vanilla spice that intermingle to create a gratifying and complex flavour profile. Dense fruit characters lend the wine a rich mouth-feel, while fresh acidity keeps the palate focused. Well-structured, showing an opulent length, the Steenberg Semillon finishes on a tight mineral note.
