This Steenberg Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc has a very elaborate nose with notes of cut grass, fynbos, lime, orange blossom and granadilla. The flavours on the palate include guava, with traces of gun flint and even blackcurrant. The mouthfeel is full and there is a marked, pleasant acidity. The finish lingers.
