Elegant aromatics of fragrant white pepper, anise, and violets are balanced on the nose leading to blackcurrant and fennel seed on the palate. The wine has textured, round tannins which with bottle age will integrate further. Layered fruits of the forest and tamarind spice linger on the palate. This wine will best reward with drinking from 2016 until 2025.
70% Organic Syrah, 30% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
