It brandishes concentrated, forthcoming aromas of glazed pineapple, citrus blossom, white peach and just a dash of lavender. A creamy mid-palate is reinforced by delicate oak spice and a finish that persists with a ruby grapefruit flavour.
This is a confident food wine that will partner well with spicy dishes such as Thai and Indian curries. It can be cellared for up to 3 years.
