Savage White is sourced from a number of altitudes and maritime vineyards across the Western Cape. A fermentation of 6 to 8 months took place, where after it was matured 10 months in used barrels.
An expressive nose of complex aromatics of orange blossom, tangerine peel, yellow orchard fruits and passion fruit twist. Vibrant fresh characteristics of zesty yellow grapefruit, lanolin, honied white peaches and granny smith puree notes awakens the palate.
Savage White is powerful without being brutish and marries weight and intensity with purity, minerality and texture elegance.
