More of a light Pinot in style than a Rosè, in both colour and flavour, this red onion skin coloured wine is a barrel fermented blend of Mourvedré, Shiraz and Trincadeira. Complex rose petal & red fruit nose translate to flavours of red berries and Macadamia nuts on the palate. Excellent with delicate curries and other spicy food as well as with red meat on a hot day, when the heavier red wine just won't do. Serve ever so slightly chilled.
