Three generations of the Finlayson family have dedicated themselves to making fine wines using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods. David Finlayson oversees the Edgebaston farm which is located in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. The 22 hectares of vineyards produce grapes that reflect the textured mineral quality of the soil. Edgebaston wines reflect the past, present, and future. As well as producing current classics such as Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Sauvignon Blanc, the winery tributes George Spies' 1960s wine with their GS Cabernet Sauvignon and hails the future with their innovative Pepper Pot and Berry Box wines. Cybercellar carries several Edgebaston vintages, including the Berry Box wines and the G.S. Cabernet Sauvignon.
